Beat the eggs with a fork. Add oil and blend. Add the dry ingredients, add buttermilk, food coloring, vinegar and vanilla. Cook in 3 (8 inch) pans at 350 for 30 minutes. Frosting: Beat the cream cheese and butter, add vanilla, powdered sugar until mixed well stir in nuts.
