       Title: Easy Cheesy Pumpkin Pie

   1 1/2 c  Creamed cottage cheese
            ; (low fat curd)
       1 c  Canned pumpkin pulp
     3/4 c  Egg substitute
       8 tb Brown sugar
       2 tb Vanilla extract
   1 1/2 ts Pumpkin pie spice
       1 pn Salt
            Ready to fill graham
            -cracker crust
  
       Preheat oven to 300 degrees.  Process cottage cheese, pumpkin, egg
   substitute, sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Blend until
   smooth.  Pour mixture into crust. Bake until set and chill before serving.
