                              TURKEY LEFTOVER

    1      cup           chopped turkey
    1      tablespoon    fat
    2      tablespoons   flour
      1/2  teaspoon      salt
    1      cup           rolled corn flakes
      1/8  teaspoon      pepper
      1/2  teaspoon      chopped onion
      2/3  cup           bread crumbs
    1      cup           half cream and half milk
    1      cup           cream of chicken soup -- diluted
 
 Melt fat in skillet, blend in flour, add salt and pepper.  Stir in milk.  Cook
 on low heat until thick, while stirring.  Stir in Turkey, onion, breadcrumbs.
 Shape into 8 small patties and chill.  Dip in corn flakes, then milk and again
 in corn flakes.  Brown in hot skillet.  Place in bowl and cover with soup.
