* Exported from MasterCook II * Russian Meatloaf Recipe By : Terri Strasser Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Casseroles Ground Meat Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound ground turkey 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 2 each eggs -- Lightly Beaten 1 cup Swiss cheese -- shredded 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs 2 tablespoons parsley 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 package Pillsbury French bread dough Brown meat and onion in butter or margarine (or use cooking spray). Drain excess oil. Remove from heat. Add all ingredients except for half of the cheese and the bread dough. Mix thoroughly. (If desired, freeze in 4 cup container.) When ready to prepare, preheat oven to 350. Unroll bread dough onto greased cookie sheet. Shape (thawed) filling into loaf on dough. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
