                             Spiced Turkey Loaf

    2      pounds        ground turkey (up to 2 1/2 lbs)
    1      medium        onion -- chopped
    2                    eggs
      1/3  cup           milk
    2      tablespoons   prepared horseradish
      1/4  cup           bottled chili sauce
    1      cup           bread crumbs
    1      teaspoon      salt
      1/4  teaspoon      garlic powder -- or
    2      cloves        garlic -- minced
      1/4  cup           chopped parsley
                         sour cream -- garnish
 
 Mix all ingredients except garnish together.  Form into loaf and lay atop meat 
 rack or use foil handles.  Cook turkey loaf for 8 to 10 hours on Low or 5 to 6 
 hours on High.  To ensure doneness insert meat thermometer in loaf.  Thermomete
 r should read 180 degrees F. to indicate doneness.  Serve with sour cream if de
 sired.  Serves 8.
