                              Celery Cordial 2

    1      Tbsp          Celery Seed
    2      Tsp           Caraway Seed
      3/4  Tsp           Fennel Seed
    1      Fifth         Vodka
                         sugar syrup, 1-2 cups to taste
 
 Crush the seeds in a mortar and steep in the vodka for six days. Filter
 through cheesecloth and add the syrup.  Begin with 1 cup; stir and taste
 - add more syrup until it is of the proper sweetness a little at a time
 (stirring and tasting after each addition).
