                              Celery Cordial 1

    1      Tbsp          Celery Seed
    1      Fifth         Vodka
                         sugar syrup - 1-2 cups to taste
 
 Crush the celery seed in a mortar.  Add to the vodka and steep for six
 days.  Filter through cheesecloth and add the syrup, starting with 1 cup.
  Stir and taste; add more syrup gradually until you have the desired
 sweetness (stirring and tasting after each addition).
