                             Blueberry Liqueur

    1      Qt            Blueberries -- Fresh or Frozen
      1/2  C             Water
    1      Tsp           Cinnamon
    1      Tsp           Cloves, Whole
                         Strips Of Peel Form 1 Lemon
    2      C             Sugar
    1      C             Vodka
 
 Simmer blueberries, water, cinnamon, cloves and lemon peel for 25 minutes. 
 Strain through cheese cloth. Pour 1 1/4 cups liquid into a saucepan. Add 
 sugar and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
 
 To Make liqueur, combine 1 cup bluesyrup with 1 cup vd\odky. Refirgerate 
 for 4 weeks.
