   1 1/4 lb Ricotta
       2 c  Sugar
       1 ts Vanilla
       2 tb Creme de cacao
       2 tb Semisweet chocolate; shaved
       2 tb Candied fruit; chopped
  
   Combine first 4 ingred. and beat til light and fluffy. Fold
   in chocolate and candied fruit. Good to serve in blintzes
