       Title: Chocolate Buttermilk Cake

       1 c  Butter
   2 1/4 c  Sugar
       2    Eggs
       1 ts Vanilla
       3 c  Cake flour; sifted
       2 ts Baking soda
     1/3 c  Cocoa
       1 ts Salt
       2 c  Buttermilk

   Preheat oven to 350~f.  Generously grease 2 (10-inch) round
   cake pans.  Lightly dust greased pans with a small amount
   of sifted cocoa.  In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar
   together until light and fluffy.  Add eggs; beat
   thoroughly.  Add vanilla; blend well.  Sift cake flour,
   baking soda, cocoa and salt together.  Add to creamed
   mixture alternately with buttermilk; start and end with dry
   ingredients.  Beat well after each addition.  Pour batter
   into prepared pans.  Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cake
   tests done.  Cool cake in pans 10 minutes before turning
   out onto wire racks.  When cake is cool, spread with Fluffy
   Filling between the layers and frost top and sides with a
   chocolate frosting.
   
   Fluffy Filling: 1/4 cup butter 3/4 cup sifted powdered
   sugar 1 tbsp. cocoa 1 egg In a small bowl combine butter,
   powdered sugar, cocoa and egg.  Beat at high speed until
   filling is fluffy and thick.
