                           Chocolate Pudding Cake

    1      18.25 oz pkg  chocolate cake mix
    1      3.9 oz pkg    instant chocolate pudding mix
    2      c             sour cream
    4                    eggs
    1      c             water
      3/4  c             vegetable oil
    1      c             semisweet chocolate chips
                         whipped cream or ice cream -- optional
 
 In a mixing bowl, combine the first six ingredients.  Beat on medium
 speed for 2 minutes.  Stir in chocolate chips.  Pour into a 5-quart low
 cooker that has been coated with cooking spray.  Cover and cook on LOW
 for 6-7 hours or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out
 with moist crumbs.  Serve in bowls with whipped cream or ice cream if
 desired.
