       Title: Poke cake - Chocolate-caramel explosion, Death by 
 chocolate

       Yield: 1 cake
  
       2 c  All-purpose flour
   1 3/4 c  Sugar
       2 t  Baking soda
       1 t  Baking powder
       5    Sq. unsweetened chocolate,
            >melted
       1 c  Lukewarm strong coffee
     3/4 c  Sour cream
     1/4 c  Oil
  
   In large mixer bowl combine all ingredients; beat on HIGH 3 minutes 
 or  until blended. Pour into greased and floured 9-inch springform pan. 
 Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out 
 clean.
   Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
   
   CHOCOLATE-CARAMEL EXPLOSION: Microwave 1 pkg (397g) Kraft caramels 
 with 4 Tbsp milk on HIGH for 3 minutes or until melted; stir until 
 smooth. With small wooden spoon handle, poke holes into cake. Pour in filling 
 and garnish with 1/3 cup chopped roasted pecans.
   
   DEATH BY CHOCOLATE: Melt 1 pkg Baker’s white chocolate (chopped), 
 1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup whipping cream over very low heat. Stir until 
 smooth; cool slightly. With small wooden spoon handle, poke holes into 
 cake. Pour in filling and garnish with chocolate curls.
