                              Fondue Sauterne

    1      Pound         Swiss Cheese -- shredded
    3      Tablespoons   Flour
    1 1/2  Cups          Dry Sauterne
    3      Tablespoons   Brandy
                         Pepper And Nutmeg To Taste
 
 Dredge cheese in flour.  Heat wine in fondue dish until bubbles rise.  Stir
 in cheese a little at a time.  Continue to stir until mixture blends.  Add
 pepper and nutmeg to taste, salt if needed.  Serve with bread cubes.
